You are solely responsible for any communication and content that you provide, including article submissions, bulletin board posts, chat rooms, and e-mail communications, and you agree to provide only content that is not in violation of any laws, is not abusive or otherwise offensive, does not infringe on the intellectual property of others, and is not for commercial purposes. 1. Acceptance of your order
We must receive payment of the price of the products and the delivery charges before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order. If you have provided us with your email address you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order.

2. Prices
Our prices are set out on our website in Pounds Sterling. Prices remain in force until we publish new prices on our website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without warning.

Delivery charges may apply and are displayed during the ordering process.

Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, mistakes can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as being cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will refund any money that we have taken from you.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

3. Security

We use an ultra secure shopping cart system to ensure the security of your financial and personal information. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology is used to protect the security of your online order information. When you place an order online and provide your credit card number, SSL encrypts all personal information including your card number, name and address.

Furthermore, our shopping cart system is one of the few that's fully Certified by Visa and Mastercard through their stringent PCI & CISP regulations. All of this means that you can be absolutely confident that your information is secure when you order through our website!

4. Availability
All orders are subject to availability of products. If products you order are not available we will notify you (where possible) and if we have received the price and the delivery charges of the unavailable products, we will refund them to you within 30 days of your order unless you agree to a longer period.

5. Content
We have taken all reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the content on our website, however, in accordance with the applicable laws, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the information on our website or accompanying materials.

6. Delivery
Our aim is to get orders delivered within fourteen working days of receipt, to addresses within the United Kingdom. Usually you will receive your order before this time. However, there may be times that, for example, due to high demand, delivery times will be longer. In order to account for this, please allow 28 days for delivery.

Please allow 28 days for delivery of international orders. In most case you will receive your international order earlier than this - within 1-2 weeks.

We will attempt to deliver products ordered by you to the delivery address stated on your order form. If products are returned to us as undeliverable we shall refund the price of the products and our delivery charges less £5 in respect of our postal and administrative costs.

You will not become the owner of the products until they have been delivered and full and final settlement is paid by you, at which time they will also become your risk and we will not be liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction to them.

You may not use false e-mail addresses, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the buyer of a product. You will be liable for any costs incurred by Backchamp Ltd.

7. Right to cancellation before despatch
You may cancel your order at no cost to you before the despatch of products. We will send you an e-mail to confirm despatch of your order.

To cancel an order before despatch please e-mail us at contactus@backchamp.com with subject line “Cancel Order”, or telephone us on 020 8347 5028, or write to us at Customer Services, with details of your cancellation.

8. Guarantees, Right to Returns and Refunds
Before returning an item please e-mail us at contactus@backchamp.com with subject line “Return” or telephone us on 020 8347 5028 or write to us at Customer Services advising us of your intention to return.

8.1 Returns because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund you in full. Please contact us via one of the routes outlined above.

8.2 Returns because product has broken during normal use
Every effort has been made to ensure that the Backchamp is durable. In fact, if looked after, it should last a lifetime. However, if it breaks through normal use, simply return the broken product to us and we will send you a brand new replacement absolutely free of charge. In this case, please contact us via one of the routes above and notify us that this has happened. We reserve the right to withdraw this guarantee at any time if we suspect that this guarantee is being abused.

8.3 Other returns within 60 days of delivery
You also have the right to cancel your order and claim a full refund for products at any time up to sixty days after your receipt of the products. This can be for any reason at all.
However, until you have returned the products to us, please keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them.

The product(s) you wish to return must be in a reasonable condition in its original, undamaged packaging.

Please provide us with the original invoice, despatch note or other proof of purchase. If you return an item within 60 days of delivery and our terms and conditions have been met, we will credit the price of the cancelled products to you. This will include the cost of delivery to you, but not the cost to you of returning our product(s). Assuming the above conditions have been met we will refund you within 7 days.

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

9. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our Web site, policies, and these Conditions of Sale at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Conditions of Sale in force at the time that you use the Web site or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you).

10. Validity
If any of these Terms and Conditions are unenforceable it shall not affect the enforceability of the rest of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Complaints
All complaints should be addressed to Backchamp Customer Services, PO Box 113, Chepstow NP16 6WS, UK or you can email or telephone us.

If products we deliver to you are not as ordered or are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity you should contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the incorrect, damaged or defective products or make good the shortfall in quantity or, at our option, credit the price and delivery charges of those products to you.

If you do not receive products ordered you should notify us within 28 days of the date of your order. We will deliver the products ordered or, at our option, credit the price and delivery charges of the non-delivered products to you, or if we have not accepted your order and have been unable to contact you, we will notify you of the reason for non-acceptance.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed to exclude or limit any rights you may have as a consumer to the extent that such liability and rights may not be excluded or limited under applicable statute or law.

12. Jurisdiction
Your order and the formation of the contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. The English Courts shall have jurisdiction to hear disputes between us.
